Mental Health Support for Texas Families & Businesses

For Individuals & Families

  • Yes. We accept Texas Medicaid for most of our services, including targeted Care Coordination and therapy. We also accept most major insurance plans and offer private pay options.

  • Most new clients are seen within one week of their initial consultation. We know that when you're ready to get help, waiting months isn't acceptable.

  • Therapy focuses on your mental and emotional health through regular sessions with a licensed therapist. Care Coordination helps you navigate systems connecting you to housing, benefits, medical care, schools, and other services. Many clients benefit from both.

  • We serve families throughout Texas, including Houston, Marshall, Longview, Tyler, and surrounding communities. Services are primarily telehealth as we are currently expanding. 

  • Yes, with very limited exceptions required by law (such as imminent danger to yourself or others). We take your privacy seriously.

For Businesses & Organizations

  • Traditional EAPs are call centers with low utilization typically under 5%. Our concierge model provides a dedicated, real person who knows your organization. Employees actually use it because it feels personal, not like a corporate hotline.

  • We specialize in small and mid-size businesses typically 10 to 500 employees. We design custom solutions based on your team size, industry, and specific challenges.

  • Yes. We offer trainings in-person or via video conference, depending on your team's needs and location. Virtual trainings work great for distributed teams.

  • Pricing depends on your organization's size and needs. We offer everything from one-time trainings to ongoing retainer arrangements. Schedule a consultation and we'll put together a custom proposal at no obligation.

  • No. All employee interactions are confidential. HR and management only receive aggregate, anonymous utilization data never individual details.

  • Yes. Trainings, consulting, and wellness concierge services can be delivered virtually to organizations anywhere. In-person trainings are available in Texas and surrounding states.
