Meet Destiny McCoy, Licensed Therapist, CEO, and Corporate Wellness Strategist
I've spent my career on the front lines of mental health in federal prisons, VA hospitals, Fortune 500 corporations, schools, and community agencies. I've seen what works and what doesn't. I've watched families fall through the cracks, and employees burn out because no one knew how to help.
That's why I built 1st Community Care Connections.
I know what it's like to fight for someone you love. I know the frustration of being bounced between agencies, filling out the same forms over and over, waiting months for an appointment. I also know what happens when businesses ignore employee mental health- turnover, lost productivity, good people walking out the door.
And I know what's possible when people get the right support. I've seen parents on the edge of burnout find their footing. I've helped companies reduce turnover and save hundreds of thousands of dollars by actually taking care of their people.
